What happened to Sion was deserved, it's kind of weird to see her actually care about someone else other than herself since her character was portrayed as someone devious, bitchy and unreasonable.

I was gonna compare her to Bitch/slut (Malty) from shield hero BUT I still think out of the two character Sion is lesser because Bitch is a lot worse. I don't mean power wise just personality and the fact that she just doesn't care about anyone and would use anyone and everyone.

Sion however at least she had someone she cared so she at least has some form of heart of course still doesn't mean she's redeemable in any way since she killed practically some students for her pleasure. So I guess she deserved the fate she got.

Sion also has the level system installed, so she also is under a mind altering effect that makes her more murderous and enjoy killing. Her core motive is to protect who she loves and even the world as a whole, but that got twisted to hell by the system. So yeah much better than bitch. I do wonder what she would be like without the system.

Probably just another character that needs to rely on the mc to do shit too lol I guess the system realistically was one of the reason she had power go to her head. She felt like she had a lot of fun toying with people rather than finding actual solutions. What really threw me off is how much she cared about the other guy. She really would put her life on the line for him. So I was like hold up so she's not entirely heartless but she's still an asshole lol.

Bitch however... she's greedy, unreasonable and willing to kill her own sister for power, not to mentioned used all the heroes for her own desires and I don't even think she cares about anyone period but herself. But yeah I think what is going on with Sion is that is that we are seeing the only remaining bit of her original self with him, remember the sages are immortal, she has been under the effects a long time. There also was a lot of bipolarish moments with Sion, were she was calm and chatting, even answering questions, then suddenly she is murderous. I feel like that is showing the system control vs her control.

That's interesting because I thought the same thing, but wasn't sure she did have signs of calmness but then if someone gets out of line they're basically dead. Almost like someone takes a hold of her to dismiss whatever obstacle stand in their way. But at the last breath of her life she shown signs of vulnerability I wonder if thats because she knew her fate or because she knew she had to rely on the mc to get rid of the evil. Who knows point is Sion is a mystery.
